ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu · custom MCP plugins require Developer mode

In ChatGPT, open Settings → Plugins (chatgpt.com or the mobile web app).

Tap Browse plugins, then tap the + button to create a new plugin.
If you don't see Plugins, go to Advanced settings and turn on Developer modefirst.

Authentication: No authentication. Tick the trust checkbox and create the plugin.

Start a new chat, enable The Prisoner plugin, then try:
Use The Prisoner. Call list_prisoners, then call talk_to_prisoner with the first slug and say hello. Reuse the same session_id for the whole chat.
What he exposes
list_prisoners
Returns everyone reachable right now, with their slug and where they're being held.
talk_to_prisoner
Send one message. Reuse the same session_id across turns and he'll remember you.
What to expect
